Climate Pros SD matches you with licensed HVAC companies. We do not sell a branded tune-up plan, a $39 coupon, or a twice-a-year rule for every coastal house.

Technician performing seasonal maintenance on an outdoor AC condenser

Filters versus a real mechanical visit

Change filters on the interval the filter and the house need. Pets, construction dust, and a dirty return grill clog media faster. That is not the same visit as gauges, electrical, condensate, heat exchanger inspection on gas, and a written list of defects.

Ask the assigned company:

  • What does this visit include, in writing, for this outdoor unit and this air handler or furnace?
  • Combustion or heat-exchanger check if there is gas heat?
  • Condensate flush, especially on a coastal drain that stays wet?
  • Coil rinse without bending fins, and a test after?
  • Diagnostic fee if they find a repair, in dollars, and does it apply toward the work?

A $39 visual glance is a sales call pattern. Climate Pros SD does not publish a fair tune-up price. HVAC maintenance is the service page; the matched company still quotes.

Technician inspecting furnace components

Coastal salt and inland runtime are reasons to keep outdoor coils and cabinets honest. They are not a license for this brand to invent a twice-yearly calendar that applies to every ZIP.

Call (442) 777-6440. Ask whether a seasonal visit is available. We do not promise same-week arrival.
