Terms of service.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

Using this website

By using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Scope of service

Climate Pros SD is a referral service. It does not perform HVAC work, hold a contractor license, or set the price of the work. The content on this site is informational. Live rebate amounts belong on sdge.com/rebates, not in a bid we invent. The federal 25C credit does not apply to equipment placed in service in 2026. TECH single-family HVAC reservations stopped November 14, 2025. HEEHRA single-family was fully reserved February 24, 2026. The written quote from the company you hire is the price for that work. Nothing on this site is a contract or a guaranteed outcome.

Service agreements

All HVAC service performed by the companies in the network is governed by a separate written service agreement you receive before work begins. That agreement, not this site, sets warranty terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms for the work performed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, written copy, images, branding, belongs to Climate Pros SD unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites (rebate programs, manufacturer documentation, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

Information on this site is provided as-is without warranty. Work performed by a pro you hire is governed by that pro's own agreement with you, and any liability for the work sits with the pro who performed it. For DIY advice on the blog, follow it at your own discretion and stop if anything feels unsafe.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
