Climate Pros SD is a referral service. It does not perform HVAC work, hold a contractor license, or set the price of the work. The content on this site is informational. Pricing ranges, rebate amounts, and recommendations reflect general conditions at the time of writing and may change. The written quote you receive from the pro you hire is the authoritative price for the work it covers. Nothing on this site constitutes a contract or a guarantee of a specific price or outcome.

Service agreements

All HVAC service performed by the pros in our network is governed by a separate written service agreement you receive before work begins. That agreement, not this site, sets warranty terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms for the work performed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, written copy, images, branding, belongs to Climate Pros SD unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites (rebate programs, manufacturer documentation, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

Information on this site is provided as-is without warranty. Work performed by a pro you hire is governed by that pro's own agreement with you, and any liability for the work sits with the pro who performed it. For DIY advice on the blog, follow it at your own discretion and stop if anything feels unsafe.
